Bartosz Bartniczak

Deputy Director of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation NOVUM.

Bartosz has a PhD in economics, and he is a professor at the University of Economics in Wroclaw.
NOVUM EGTC aims to strengthen the Polish-Czech cross-border cooperation. NOVUM implemented the project "How do you rescue on your side?" within the Interreg V-A Republika Czeska-Polska programme. The project partners were Polish and Czech emergency medical services.
